Never had an issue but am told (the house is professionally managed) that maintenance on it is intensive between checking chemicals in the water, maintaining the water levels with heavy use (and water temperature by extension since it takes 24 hours to heat up to normal operating temp after refilling), filters, hair, other cleaning etc etc etc

Perhaps I am splitting hairs; once passive (outside) investors begin contribution capital and profits are split, does that inherently create a Partnership and the sole proprietorship is more/less, dissolved? 

My personal "household members" have long hair and I clean out the drains once a month or so.

If the house was previously occupied by a stinky dog and the ductwork is full of hair, that odor can kick up every time the fan turns on.

Is there any RE equivalent to lemon laws or anything at all that could save me from ripping my hair out right now?
