As fellow San Jose ownership, we have lot of diversity of way-of-thinking in our area.We have folks that like to say "Cancel Rent", or "Immoral to buy rental property" but we have a majority also that would like to invent business that "disturb all business and move all business to us the tech guy", we also have vibrant community that would like to work 25/8 and sometimes the only purpose is to just keep acquiring property and assets lol.

Naborly obviously makes up policy on the fly to serve their purpose.Any suggestions on what I can do with this negligent Tenant Search that I relied on and is costing me money now to evict a person I would never have accepted if I knew they were a habitual rental free loader who had been evicted 3 times?

The tenant has been habitually late with rent payments, very noisy, and now there is water damage to the bathroom floor and the last 3 times I have been in there, I now realize, I have not seen a shower curtain.

They are selfish they act  out they are irrational they won’t pick up after themselves and habitually make poor decisions . .. now add four feet and two hundred pounds to that toddler and that is your clientele !

Dallas historically hasn't had the ups and downs of the coasts since the S&L crisis, but the last couple of years prices have gone way up.Honestly, I think at some point most places have a vibrant market, especially Florida and Texas, and over the long term they will go up in value and I think you can do well in most markets.Outside of large themes, I just think its tough to pick one market to move to solely on the price of their real estate.
