The bank does not hold a re license and therefore it is the responsibility of the licensed agent to submit ALL offers in writing regardless per their licensing rules and regulations.I will tell you that you are basically wasting your time offerring below 50% of ask price as that will never fly (unless in Detroit, ha ha)
