Also with the " noise " of CH taking over East Cleveland, well this helps as well. 

My guess is most of us will learn it is the following: "90% grind, 10% luck." 

We are laser focused and want to take on the ugliness and problems of real estate first hand so we can fail and grind forward and make a decision on our own (with the help of others). 

In the past few months, we have started to gain some traction but that was only after 2 years of grind.

And the part that people probably underestimate is the grind it takes to find the deal.

A wholesaler can bring you a good deal, but if the wholesaler is not in the business of renovations or even the "slow grind" of renting homes out, they may be fine with giving you a deal in exchange for their finders fee - typically around $5,000.
