HVAC contractor will:- supply and install 80k BTU 92% gas furnace on first floor- supply and install 3 ton coil- supply and install 3 ton condenser- supply and install 5 zone fujitsu mini split system on the 2nd floor with copper lines and slim duct (2-7k indoor, 2-9k indoor, 1-12k indoor units)- supply and install new duct grilles and registers- supply and install new refrigeration piping, exhaust piping, thermostat- supply and install new natural gas piping to accommodate gas load Estimate is $17,700 and I have no idea if this is fair or in the ball park.Any help or direction is much appreciated.

Two weeks later and Lowes had my new carpet installed that I completely scheduled and organized.Two weeks ago I started really grilling my property manager on why the unit was still vacant and she said that there was one person who expressed some interest but never scheduled a showing.

New renters are wanting space, optional room to telecommute (this can be a new standard feature as it has forced the workforce to learn to work remote), yard and some amenities that you can use on your own without the worry of others being around such as, grills, patios, in-home gyms...all things that apartment living usually offer as an amenity since the smaller floor plans and no yard do not allow you the freedom of bringing those features inside your place for private use.
