They just irrationally and reflexively recoil at the words rent control, like the word socialism.The biggest and most famous rent control city, Nyc, has the biggest, largest number of mega rich landlords.

Odds are you need practice ;) There are people making money in blogging, but there also people who make 30k a month being instagram famous.

I could give you list of famous people, millionaires, well know investors and others that have way more than a few traffic violations.
