I’m not saying don’t eventually look out of state but I wouldn’t start there.

Eventually I moved my equity out of state, and then made the move shortly after.

The concept of purchasing a multi-family property, utilizing one unit for STR, and eventually transitioning the entire property into an STR setup after a year is quite appealing.My journey began with properties I owned, where I dove into the STR industry.

There are a lot of things that people can learn on here (if they are paying attention to the right people) and eventually begin to tackle themselves, but there are times that reading a blog won't really help. 

I look forward to networking and learning from some of the best REI's and hopefully eventually being able to share my knowledge from experience one day.

I feel like eventually, these local municipalities will ban Airbnb.

It's a little trickier if it's a buy and hold because you'll eventually need to come up with the money for all of it and it makes less sense.   

I would like to start with wholesale but eventually lead into rentals of my own.
