Pics of grand daughter? 

When my daughter got an apartment off campus we had to do this and now I am using that concept on my college rental as well.

Now that our daughter is 5 months old and things are going well, I wanted to explore investing again.

My daughter purchased a home in 2010 for less than 60% of what the same home sold for in 2005. 

My daughter is only 5 year old.

I am trying to generate extra money and a better life for my family, I just want to be able to see my daughter in Florida more so eventually I want to have multiple properties but I guess getting started without any real world insight is difficult and I dont want to give up on my dreams.

Thus — the property is still in the name of deceased owners.After some research, I was able to contact the husband's daughter.

I am brand new to real estate and want to create another stream of income that will ultimately be something I can hand over to my daughters...that said, I work full time in the automotive sector, slowly saving up $$, and am passionate and tenacious about creating freedom and options for my family.  

It won't be as easy to help them as I thought even though I've known these women all of my life; this is due to my cousin (who's their daughter and is the one who got them in this pickle) not being so willing to approach resolution any other way than with a short sale. 

I never wanted to be a landlord in Richmond, but now my first grand baby is due in April in Marin and my other daughter is moving to Berkeley.
