I have contacted the clerks office in each of these respective locations and they only publish documentation when a formal foreclosure has been set and the auction date is posted.

I was concerned about the quarters becoming over loaded in between dates that I was able to visit the facility.

There is also a forensic analysis showing fabricated dates on our contracts to re-allocate money to older projects.

Could we qualify for loan for septic and permits and just live in apt in garage until a much later date for manufactured home.Any thought suggestions or advise would be helpful. 

Mind you this was a $930K loan, notified the lender 6 weeks ahead of time that we were going to rent the units, and had three $2,850+ leases executed by the time the sales covenant date hit.
