That is excellent advice, and dang, I am impressed with how spot on your numbers are.

The problem with getting someone's actual SSN on a paper form or online in a PDF file is that now you've got to safeguard that data like it's a dang nuclear launch code.What if you have employees?

Invoicing/paperwork/follow up.

I asked the PM to spray, but I cannot find any pest control on any invoices. 

Electrical for instance....get him to submit an invoice for maybe 1/3 of the total price for that trade only.
