My point was you can customize Quickbooks (or Quicken if you go that route) to track you personal stuff and rental property / business stuff.  

The customer doesn't care if you did everything right except you forgot the steering wheel.

And the only reason people are doing that is because the fear mongering the agents were starting, telling one customer to another and the train just keeps going.
