Actually being a real estate agent requires learning the sales profession such as lead generation (you need to find people to work with you, although if you are running a church or similar I guess you'll have lots of opportunities/leads), yours "sales" approach, learning your market, etc.I'm a "solo agent."

We've been approached to lease our property - a luxury home in Los Angeles - by a church for the personal use of one of their bishops and immediate family.

APS's scope include neglect issues too (which this could fall under).There may also be other resources that can check on her (e.g. does the city provide services, does she belong to a church group that already provide such support to members -- with their permission of course). 

Same thing with the East side of Henrico County.We are currently renovating a house in Chester which is performing in much the same way.My hopes are to, shortly, renovate a historic home in either the Fan or Museum districts on the West Side of the city but I may start in the Church Hill area as it is less expensive.Are you local or looking to remotely own?

Buying this property will bring my total units up to 11 and I am doing this all while holding a full time job, marrying the love of my life, and we are pregnant with our 1st child (due in January), and being very active in our church and with our local youth group.
