Knowing that they cannot change rate for no reason, CC companies will continue offering new cards for higher rate, or will raise their standard for those who are granted lower rate.

The cash flow has been a game changer for my family but, as you mentioned, the tax breaks are excellent for offsetting my W-2 income as well.I have a partner and close friend on the ground in Detroit and we run a turnkey company there, helping OOS folks with everything from identifying properties that make sense to them, taking care of the rehab, and then managing after the fact.Happy to talk about that or the Detroit market in general.
