It is very awesome you started your own student-ran organization at Wayne State it will start to build a brand foundation for you.

But I am brand new in the business.  

Our tenants just moved out and left our home dirty with stained carpet (which was brand new when they got there) lots of scratches on the wood floor, holes in the walls, chipped paint and large scratches in walls.

I'm brand new to real estate but I have no issue investing my time and resources to REI.

It's about building a consistent brand and presence in the community. 

For a 2/1, I received these quotes with permits 14k electric,  8k furnace/duct, 2k central air, 2.5k floors sanding/ synteko, 10k bath,  12k kitchen, $30/$50 sheet of drywall,  3k paint,  roof was about 7k, demo 3k, concrete demo/new $12 s/f, windows $250/$400 depends on brand, then GC fees,  etc. 

I’m a week or two out from starting demo and site prep for a brand new double wide.

I just wonder how much buyers (the market and appraisers) care about everything being brand-spanking new and never used. 

My wife is from Japan and all her friends and family want to buy brand new mansions or SFHs because interest rates are very very low.

Don't get bogged down with branding activities.
