and unless you are a well to do person who doesn’t mind bleeding cash every month in the short term for the later pay-off… don’t buy something that doesn’t make money.It’s somewhat like a house buyer buying a property they can’t afford… you are short every month.

what is the actual real estate worth.. also keep in mind you sell not only for a loss but your going to have recapture.. tough spot.. maybe lease option to purchase or longer term furnished rentalwe did that with a Vegas prop and you would be surprised what you can rent the homes for long term full furnished it should at least cash flow at those super low interest rates or stop the bleeding.

Breckenridge will command the highest prices, but during shoulder seasons/mud season for April-May & Sept-Nov. there are definitely people that go there, just not in the same swells that you see in peak season.
