It scares the hee bee gee bees out of me to think of all the business We do involving large sums of money with people we never see or meet, and this gal was able to pull this off in plain view. good credit, back ground check and all.  

Also, all of our other properties have maintenance that needs to be done so we'll be very busy bees flitting from flower to flower.

Besides a "bee problem" in one unit, a leaky tub on the second floor on unit causing a ceiling to partially collapse, and some vandalism to 2 A/C units... not bad on maintenance either. 

@Jonah Bee Wherever your deeds and mtgs are recorded....in FL it’s the clerk of court, some places call it land records, recorders office, etc. 

Nobody can time things like that, yet it's always what people do when they argue for appreciation in RE being the bees knees.

It's better to attract bees with honey than with a stick as they say.

You need to outsource your mailings and concentrate on building a business, not being a "worker bee".

We had a following out.. and he reverted back to his old ways.. got turned in again and then got charges filed criminally and arrested.But like I say all the wanna bee wholesalers that are kind of mom and pop that really are not high flyers they will just troll along....

Just moved to Mankato 6 months ago and am looking to get into a deal here very soon, and with any luck, will have some velocity to our strategy so will bee looking for an additional deal in 6 months or so.
