I suspect you make a good amount of your money on these fee's its an old scam been going on for years.Eric, if you have very limited capital your going about this wrong you need to find a money partner first then go do the deals split the 100k .. better than trying to do things on a wish and hope and with no money ... there Is no unicorn 100% loan for people that have zero to no experience and need to pawn a ring to put 2k together.. if you can find the deal do that.. but have a money partner with you so you can go to a Reputable lender who will make you a real loan.Matt if you guys are like these folks state you really should be ashamed of how you do business. it reminds me of the foreclosure rescue scammers.
