I know that has become significantly trickier as of late, but I am hoping that scares off potential investors.Being new in this entire process, how much stock do you all put in the AirDNA algorithm? 

In the end, you would be speculating on the search engine algorithms by trying to time it, which is going to be a no-win situation in my opinion. 

Do not make the minimum monthly payments because there is a computer algorithm that is used by the credit bureaus that monitors this so even paying a dollar above the minimum monthly payment helps your credit better than just paying the minimum.  

Tried it in the past with no luck, all though I did get a few opt one to my buyers list, and I know algorithms and all that jazz changes often.

Ours is along the same lines as Tommy R's, where we've been able to show them multiple ways how accepting our offer would save them on holding costs, repair costs, in every way it makes sense, and yet because of some strict algorithm the offer falls on deaf ears and they take it back REO.

Investors are starting to rightly question the underwriting standards of this emerging business, and we're determining that the algorithms aren't working the way we thought.

Each o' the big branded real estate search engines have their own version, algorithm, etc.  

The meetup algorithm will suggest similar others, and over time as you attend several over, say, the next few months, you'll find a few that you really connect with and will be in your permanent rotation.
