Are any BPers using these avenues or affiliating with non-profits to provide management, building/rehab or marketing services?

No affiliate links or anything, just stuff that I've found helpful.

Noy only do you need a 7, and arguably a 63/65, you need to be affiliated with a broker dealer.

If you made an offer on the short sale and the listing agent or someone they are affiliated with is negotiating, you will not be able to do this.
