Otherwise, pick a market, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Indiana, buy a house for 25K, rehab, and rent it out Agreed, Bitcoin is a very volatile market (in my opinion), contrary of what I believe real estate is for the most part.

This is tough, I always see borrowing against a brokerage account as very risky because the value can be volatile, if you can't make the payments the lender can't just come after the property like they can with a mortgage.
