I have a family member actually who converted a couple of 5 unit properties into 4 units to unlock their maximum value.

Look at the cost of unlocking that potential.

Was with verizon for awhile and didnt like the service, always had problems.As with any unlocked Iphone on tmobile internet is not as fast as ATT's iphone, and where im currently at there is no 3g.

After I unlock the back door, I just stand back and hold the button.  

All 4 houses I have that are vacant, in D areas are unlocked, & untouched.
