I am looking to balance supplementing my income and building wealth for the future.

I like to invest as a supplement to my full time job and have enjoyed renting out condos so far.

I am now looking to invest in properties that will provide passive/supplemental income.

I currently work in the logistics/ transportation industry and have been looking to either get out of the industry completely or find another way to supplement my income.  

Instead, we do the search ourselves and supplement that with a search from the title company just to cover the remote possibility that they find something that we didn't.

interested in amassing a sizeable real estate portfolio over the long term to both supplement my career income and provide for retirement.

I rented rooms to supplement my income.

Supplementing a tenants rent is counter productive to the goals of investing.
