They literally went through each operating agreement and prepared an email listing out each member of each LLC and clarifying they each had to guarantee the loan despite the fact none of those entities were even being used for the purchase (which was previously explained to Dominion Financial). 

You need to make sure that your property is easily financeable if you decide to sell it in the future and any future buyer can call out non-permitted items and actually report you to the building department or, at a minimum, ask for seller concessions.

One would be when you have a primary home and its listed on MLS (for sale) and the bank gives you the cash out until the home sells and the loan is set up for 12 to 18 months.

Normally, Cleveland, OH is the list for cash flow but I'm not totally convinced if I should start there. 

They often have access to off-market listings and can also help you navigate on-market listings on MLS.

Like many MTR hosts, I feel like it's a big risk to list my properties on Airbnb for longer stays.

Id do that but the list I wnat to look up is 10k records

Those two items will vary quite a bit depending on the house.

I don't think you need to take a picture of each wall, but of each room and each noteworthy item that was damaged is really helpful. 

Another thing I do, which might just be a personal habit, is check Redfin or Zillow for property listings.
