It had better be a great deal to be worth dealing with all this headache and taking on this risk. 

From my understanding doesn't seem as though it would pass through, rather the fund would benefit and therefore returns would be better.

I'm also working on upgrades for THE MTR Connect - better scheduling, automations, guest speakers, social media - all to help promote the collaborative and supportive space my colleague @Jamie Banks and I have created.

I say Keller Williams because I used to be an agent there and I know they are a large brokerage world wide. 100% of $1,000 commission is still better than 100% of $0 commission. 

The more content I provide on a given topic to Google means I have better understanding of that. 

You're much better off spending that money on a conference like STR Wealth Con or something similar.

That may be a better use of your time and resources.

You are better off finding a good agent (this is a difficult task).
