Ask around about the instructor before you enroll.

I have since figured out the error of my ways and have enrolled into college to get a BA.

I went to one of their meetups that they have at Starbucks every Friday and it all sounded so great, (even though it now costs $5000) and I was going to enroll but thankfully my credit card company thought it was fraud so wouldn’t approve it right away.

An enrolled agent or a tax lawyer with real estate backgrounds is going to be your best bet as far as gaining a better understanding of the tax laws with regard to real estate.
