You don't ever want to accept a renter and then let them move in an unknown person because that's how many renters will sneak in their sex-offender boyfriend or drug-dealing cousin.

Or will you complain to the dealer that the car is broken..i.e.

Across the street from it was a MF that had obvious drug sales occurring.  

I'm also finding that trades are declining smaller priced jobs which take away the opportunity for higher priced ones; in this case, let them know that you have multiple properties so a small job today is worth doing for future business from you.I never thought I would have to offer this but please don't do what a former client of mine did and hire drug addicts to do the work (and that's why they are now a former client); it pays to have the job done right while affiliating yourself with people who don't make you look over your shoulder after they leave. 

Potentially we have another 4 years after that, where if those policies don't change and we have several million more immigrants and they will need someplace to live...again case for multifamily and mobile homes.....and if we teach all the immigrants coming here to be great consumers like the rest of us already here...that probably is a good storm for warehouses too if we can get them to sign up for Amazon accounts.Maybe a third asset class on both fronts is biomedical research space.....drug/medical device companies even during the downturn seem to do well and they need a place to do their research. 

So ironic he just criticized getting a partner…and he made it sound like getting a partner means that partner is automatically hooked on drugs……..bleh.  

All these stupid celebrities with all sorts of stupid issues, with lawsuits, drugs, alcohol.
