I meet my contractors at whatever supply company they choose, at the time they say.

Some transport companies have house kats that can get off the road and onto the site for an additional charge or you can hire a third party if the access from the road is limited.  

I'm in a beach area where Sat to Sat rentals have been traditional for 100 years, but not any longer since the rise of Airbnb (and less control by local property management companies).

Title issues tend to be the fact pattern where properties are truly not financeable but that's rarely the case when you see the "cash only" adverts.Ultimately, proceeds will be transferred through a title company and its not as if the buyer is showing up with a duffel bag filled with cash.

@Tori Roy A couple red flags I noticed with this company that you posted. 

I  took over a mature company that had an investor base that I think average age had to be 65 to 70..
