@J Scott, how do you break down your COGS accounts so that you know what you spent money on?

Put up a fence or plant some trees to break up/block the view of it. 

We never advise breaking local regulations but we have managed some that were not zoned for STR, and did not have a problem until recently. 

Excellent way to break into investing and scale your portfolio.

Keep dropping price and hopefully you sell before you break even.

The tenant owes 3 months of rent, unpaid utilities, and trashed my 2022 built condo and left several days before the sheriff had to break into the condo as no keys or forwarding address was left by the tenant.

Hi folks,My wife and I have a construction to permanent mortgage loan on land+home where we intended to build.Unfortunately, we found out that unexpected foundation work due to soft soil would likely make the project use triple our contingency reserve before even breaking ground.We are exploring our options on how to transfer our current financial obligations for this construction loan to some other loan offering (as moving forward with the project is now too financially risky).
