I'm looking for a home builder in the Minneapolis, MN market.  

I got my RE license as a means of targeted learning about RE, but being that it was a side endeavor and my main job salary and satisfaction kept improving I never made a full jump into RE agent-hood and hanging my license with a broker.My question as a potential primary residence buyer in new big-builder home purchase, could I hang my license with either a 100% commission brokerage or a broker friend for the transaction to retain the buyer's commission?

By limiting returns on new projects, builders will look elsewhere to make their profits.Just take a look at this chart below showing what happened to the construction of new rental units in Ontario after 1975 when rent control was implemented:The same thing would happen here in Sacramento (and the rest of California).

Hello BP,I have a client that invested in a model home that a builder will be renting back from them.  

Looking for modular company/builder that can build me townhouse/multi-family (2-4 homes) to sell for profit and develop strong working relationship. 

Need builder recommendations.

I went with a flat fee of 30k each.. and I then spent 50k on a big presentation in San Francisco.. included a room for 300 .. drinks etc. radio adds my flight down ( well I flew my own plane LOL  but my team had to fly down.. ) we sold those all of them in that one weekend.. so this lowly dumb @@@S realtor ( me) made 660k in one weekend minus 50k in expenses so like I said you can go both ways with commish.. and those builder were estatic their bank was putting pressure on them and they knew exactly what I was making since we had a listing agreement and I got paid on the hud like any other bozo realtor.

For instance if you asked for the builders name and they didn't know.

I remember when I first started wholesaling in Atlanta there was a builder that had a gorgeous home that he had built by hand in Alpharetta, GA.
