This might sound like a pie in the sky statement but the truth of the matter is that most banks have a way to create automated bill payment without any fees.

Hedge funds are automating the analysis and capturing the returns across the country.As intriguing as tax liens seem, I haven't found someone who has invested recently that says the returns are attractive.

Something like top producer or anything like that so that you can automate the process.....

Their automated system told me my account number was not found, and I couldn't find a way to talk to a human (at least not in the 10 minutes I tried). 

My long term goal would be to acquire enough rental properties to cashflow enough to sustain my lifestyle abroad (I would be happy with around $2,000/month) and automating it as much as possible.I'm looking forward to learning and eventually contributing to BP, and hopefully meeting other like minded people in my area.
