I have personally seen the "Deed in Lieu in escrow" tactic with two different private lenders in Louisiana.

If you are sole member LLC you just take a distribution from your business account to your personal account.You are likely already reporting the income on a schedule E.

We have been able to get some great deals simply by doing extra research that the average person wasn't willing to do.

As an agent, I personally would love to hear your thoughts on how the implementation of AI will affect agents system processes or how it already has, however I would love to hear about it's impact in all facets of real estate.Apologies if this is a repeat post, I haven't searched much on the forums for this yet. 

I’m guessing that is because of your pessimistic view on the economy right now, but even if the markets dip temporarily, based on history, they will rebound to even higher points (I know just cause it’s happened before doesn’t guarantee it will happen again).Personally I have a successful business, but opted to diversify into real estate because my industry is heavily regulated and one change of a law could make me MUCH less profitable.

I do know coaching/mentoring/selling programs can be good money, especially if a person knows how to market themselves or has a bit of prior exposure.

Since then, I've documented the process as a Boutique Hotel investor and have a deep commitment to sharing my knowledge around Boutique Hotel Investing with others who are looking for a path to financial freedom, and Boutique Hotels is the best path to get there in my personal opinion.

Personally I like the Section 8 program when the property is located in a super poor area with a ton of blight and crime.

If you did not like that experience, maybe you should try a smaller company to get a more personalized service experience.  

Now were back to a mare normal world where a person has to have that skill of forecasting, analysis, ability to "read the tea leaves" for where it's all going and if todays acquisition makes sense.
