Can I renovate this area to a studio apartment and rent it to a seperate tenant.

He helps out with the trash and keeps an eye out, so I was cool with leaving him alone while I concentrated on the other units.It was okay till I finished renovating a couple of the other units and created storage and laundry in the basement, where their studio apt is.

I mean Amazon is probably mostly doing future expansion outside of this area because of the long term threat this stuff proposed.

Atlanta is an area with a lot of upside, people are moving here all the time whether it's tech companies or even TV/Movie studios (there's been a lot of filming going on around here lately).

It was listed as a studio, but when I went it was a 3/2 with a den.

Volkswagen is investing heavily in the city and Amazon has a presence here as well.
