I bet dollars to donuts there's more problems than just her rent.You could take concrete steps to correcting this behavior and maybe getting back on track, but it's not worth the effort and she is far more likely to fail and leave you hanging.If she is on a month-to-month lease, I would give her the necessary notice of termination and a demand that she pay the final month of rent to catch up before leaving.
