If Class C or D, then it may be deferred maintenance issues or tenant issues.If Class A or B properties, you should be digging deeper to find out what's going on.

Problem is many have rose-colored glasses and will call a neighborhood C, but it is really a D - just because it seems there is even worse...I think the best definition is the A and B are above the median price and C and D are below.

Maximum 10 total properties (not 10 financed properties like fannie/freddie 1-4 unit properties, so even if the properties are free and clear it counts against this 10 "properties," whether there is debt/liens against them or not)You can use 1 year tax returns for self employment and 1 year tax returns for rental property income calculations as well which is huge for BP folks since most of us are rental property investors and self employed/S-corp/schedule C personal tax returns@Matthew Kwan @Carlos Valencia @Joe Homs

They then sold that and bought a 250 unit in OKC all C and D class and had to move there as they almost lost  it in foreclosure.. took 5 years of them living there and managing it personally to stablize and finally sell.. then bought a 20 uniit back in Oregon where it all started.. this over the course of a few decades.

Have 3 VRBO bookings so far and only 1 has successfully synched across all platforms, which had me almost double book dates on Airbnb...still can't block those dates b/c I have to do it on Guesty and they're blocked on there but it's not synching w/ Airbnb.
