Although, we are in an easily accessible market I have owners that have never seen their properties.

We are COMPLETLEY happy with our investment and enrollment in the program.

The elections really threw things off and now we are into the holidays.

However neither person is local , they both have filled out applications and seem to check out , but both have "Not for Real ID" IDs which seems like a red flag to me. 

We are late in the game but hopefully we can catch-up leveraging the plethora of knowledge that exists on this platform. 

We are excited to be here and cant wait to start building!

UPDATE:Yes, we are moving forward and the numbers on the purchase price, and terms of the deal, stay relatively the same (in the big picture).We opted to pay the agent out of our pockets.

We are purchasing and rehabbing a short term rental, but need to decide whether to put  in our names or in an LLC?
