I am versed in NFPA 1 and 101 and IBC so when I make these remarks it will strictly on legal ramifications of Life Safety Code.First off I agree with everyone on here.  

Don't put much stock in passing remarks.

The kind of loss of control over the assets you supposedly own when that asset is shares in a company or an actively managed fund just isn't for a lot of people with any sort of deep trust issues in their fellow man and an often unkind God.

Indianapolis, though, is showing 40% better GDP over the last decade; remarkably low unemployment; surge in tech; and our median household income (+21%) is improving at nearly double national average rate (+12%).
