Then again, I'm not the one building a resume' to impress someone else with my knowledge and more importantly my attention to tiny details.So I hope the value I've provided for you is not in nitpicking your post to death. 

So my guess is the home owner was minimally cooperative through the process.Looking at the tiny 5 pictures they posted the house needs updating, and its a large house, so $50k sounds about right.There are deals on the MLS in Houston, they are just few and far between.

If you are happy to make some a tiny profit just get an RE license and try to sell these places for other people.  

Parking, hunting, fishing, storage, farming, Xmas trees, farm stand, construction material/vehicle storage, beach parking/shuttle to beach, haunted hay rides/mazes, "tiny" houses on trailers, flea market...

I live in Los Angeles and a couple of years ago I bought a tiny homestead cabin on 5 acres about 2 hours away in the hi-desert of California near Joshua Tree National Park.

I want to purchase acres of land with public utilities and sewage access, put MH or tiny homes on my land and charge renters/owners a lot fee.

Hi everyone,I'm considering a couple options 1) getting a tiny house on wheels in the backyard -- San Jose now can officially get it permitted -- then I'll just add a bathroom and shower in my garage for family use, thinking no need to permit this. or 2) converting my garage to JADU and get it permitted. 

I figured based on how tiny this place was that it couldn't be a primary home and so I guessed that they rented it out and looked on VRBO.

So the tiny home do not have electricity or water.

On the other hand, there's been a boom over the last 15 or 20 years of new condos downtown and in the 3rd Ward, which are generally all pretty pricey, usually starting around $200k for a 1bed/1bath tiny unit and going up into the multi-millions in certain spots like University Club Tower where one 9000+ sq foot unit that covers an entire floor on maybe the 35th floor is appraised by the city at $13 MILLION!!!!
