The Triangle is thriving, with top universities, corporate relocations, biotech, great restaurants, awesome airport, etc.

Certain towns are thriving and appreciating in value tremendously due to remote work, spaciousness, and the quality of life they provide. 

Seems to be a thriving little town from my 5-10 visits there. i don't think you'll get 1% rule unless it's a 4 bedroom possibility or a house built since 2005. 

Somebody who really thrives in an office environment may love the KW model.

The great thing with Middle TN is that there's a vast diversity of thriving job markets that seem to be helping to maintain the momentum.
