Expect something that large might put me in less desirable areas.So lenders do a 75% LTV on smaller (quads and under) but was not sure on larger investments... though many lenders tightened to 70%LTV as I learned refinancing lately.

I won’t say an over-zealous auditor wouldn’t ever draw extreme examples to penalize your plan, but at some point the parallels become absurd and strain credulity (e.g. you’re also increasing US GDP, and personally gain from that at some level as well).

And tape can cause nut to become out of round upon tightening and can jump thread, not allowing it to get that last bite.I also found black iron pipe nipple on water supply.

In 2 weeks we start marketing and I have already started networking with brokers.Next up:I want to raise $3MM in private funding to acquire apartments (not exactly sure how to move forward with this one but have been spending a few nights a week networking in places I hope to meet them)Glad to hear people are still doing well with supply tightening, and thanks to BP for the support!
