I recently read a book that mentioned there being a lot of power and benefits of a personal corporation but I'm curious as to when a corporation is actually beneficial over the latter. 

Lots of people move as soon as the kids are out of the house. 

It appraised for 320k which is obviously a great spread but you have to remember closing costs, carrying costs, hard money costs and the cost of the refinance.

Hello @Timothy Hilario,I think there are benefits to both strategies.If you move out of your apartment and rent it as a mid-term rental, you could see decent cashflow without pulling equity out of the unit.

Plenty of other great groups depending on your focus.
