Second , if its a heat pump they could have had it on emergency heat , nice and warm , cozy , BUT the meter spins like mad .

@Bryan Drury as far as I have read about Solo401k it seemed to be more money that you ended up spinning than you would think.

It's not what I would do, but I'm a cash flow, diversification guy.If you're ready to move on, I'd use the 121 or 121+1031 strategies (depending on if you're married) and spin that value into several props in cash flow markets that have more room to grow.
