Attorney has the power to accept or advise to have an offer accepted.Every seller that is motivated wants out, doesn't mean at any price and you haven't tied down any price, so you're speculating on a hunch and speculating that the attorney will accept a deal that keeps his client's credit and finances at risk after he moves on.
