Now question is this: I was wanting to buy in Tampa, FL.

When you hear something you don't understand - ask questions and ask people to explain their thoughts, haha, especially if you hear something that you initially don't agree with.

@Veronica Mitchell - A little bit of an open-ended question since Chicago is just so massive and has a ridiculous amount of mult-family properties.

A good PM, if you are truly annoying them with ticky tack crap, would simply terminate the relationship with YOU, if you were such a bad a client, not charge you $75 every time you call with a question.

This has been a reoccurring situation over and over again and it’s getting me frustrated and I’m starting to question what exactly am I doing wrong.Thanks in advance.
