My friends and I could use it year round for Skiing as well as mountain biking/hiking/nature exploration.

You can ski in the winter and go hiking and do other activities in the summer. 

That’s not the case in a resort area with covenants, rules etc.  

So just thinking there is going to be a ton of competition for accommodations coming out of this.. of course totally regional but I think thats whats going to happen to get people back to traveling and staying in hotels/ airbnb  resorts etc. 

I've been looking at oceanfront condos and condos on golf resorts (Barefoot resort keeps coming up).
