When inflation happens, it starts hitting certain segments, and than works it's way through the system, and each step raises prices on a % basis so a 10% increase in say corn at market, does not = 10% increase in your taco shell, it's probably more like 45% because of the chain affect.

That segment may have been getting away with not paying rent more than other segments of the rental population.Given that since margins are low on what PM companies make and they have all had plus and minuses.I like the idea of getting local companies that have been in the area for awhile because they at least know and are fighting the issues on a regular basis.The tech based PM companies that manage remotely won’t know the market as well.

Most people, if they had 2 like kind homes, would not consider there to be enough value to be in Cherry Hills Village, but for a small segment of the market, paying 3 times as much for a home, is an acceptable trade off to get into Cherry Hills Village.
