I don't know how common this is...but three weeks around Christmas and then the Sundance Film Festival would pay for the expenses for the entire year.  

Martin I have an Airstream that I rent out a few times a year - Austin City Limits Music Festival and SXSW primarily.

So while there isn't anything "wrong" with gym membership, tithing, PG&E, and dental insurance being on there, I'd just be going through and deleting those items early in the process.If curious, I believe the thinking is that while someone in general isn't going to be worse off for paying off a credit card to qualify, we can't have people cancelling or downgrading their health insurance to qualify, or failing to uphold their religious obligations.

Could make a good rental for people coming for the nightlife/festivals and looking to stay outside of Philly.

Yes; I do understand this is not a "religious" forum, but simply as human beings we must be careful when we assign titles to others which demean them as humans.  

There's so many more shows for couples (Celine, Britney, Cirque de Soleil), clubs and music festivals for the twenty-somethings, and even more options for the family than before (like the LINQ complex).

An area like Asheville may not have as large a season difference in rates but maybe there is say an event that drives up rates like a music festival. 

Maybe 2-3 sprayings over a quarter and then it's good for a long time.To give you some idea, the house I live in was sprayed religiously every month for years.
