Zoning R4B?

My cousins live there still, and never stop for red lights.

I'm not saying you're not legit, but I seen hundreds of these very posts over the years and all the red flags are there that this is merely another guru trying to his name out by using a fake account to post a fake testimonial. 

Often, just because the zoning allows for it, doesn't mean it's fruitful to do so or that you should do it. 

Hi Kasi - there are certainly some red flags here as to the legitimacy of the buyer(s). 

Too much of a war zone. 

There were red flags from the beginning. 

Ensure it meets safety and zoning requirements before using it as your primary residence to avoid violating any laws or terms of your owner-occupied loan. 

Stay out of Flood Zones and unless you really want to rehab a property in Florida, you can find homes that will work.  

Does zoning allow STRs in that neighborhood?
