@Godsheritage Adeoye And for anyone else considering this... in Baltimore City you need a current lien certificate to record a deed.

Lien is filed and recorded and then do nothing until it gets paid or property is sold and is paid ..

It's really hard to give financial advice without having a full idea of what you're trying to do (fix and flip, buy and hold etc).
