They are pulling the wool over peoples eyes by DIVIDING the people and stirring up animosity and classism to redirect rage that is rightfully on THEM the politicians at responsibility, unto a class of society that is one to easily make a "fall guy". 

Since your interest rate is favorable at 3.375%, doing a cash-out refinance might allow you to pull out some capital without selling the property.

If you are pulling in $200-400k, keep that and just pay a GC/manage tradespeople.

.: @Brian Burke I think a great sponsor is someone who pulls out of the market when all signs point to a very frothy bubble, even while every other sponsor is forging ahead.

For example, it would pull a ton from this thread and think it's as much about the subject of fragility as it as about what to do as a new investor and that would not highlight the correct content.

If something happened while other loans are out I would have to pull $27k from a Heloc to cover the difference. 

They are saying that she is required to give them a 60 day notice and the rent was going to be almost double because it would be month to month… dose that sound right or are they trying to pull one over on her? 

There is one that I wanted to keep as my primary and wanted to pull cash out to finish fixing up according to my like as there is good equity in there.
