I've heard horror stories that it's usually impossible due to the "burden placed on the municipality" but could really never understand what that burden was... most people living in those units wouldn't be using the school systems so aside from maybe an increased volume in emergency medical situations I can not understand that statement?

Like I have told many, there are several people who know how to make this work, and you are one of them. 

They could include things like waivers for documents and appraisals, relaxation of underwriting standards and money to fund repairs.However, there are benefits for people who just live in the areas, but aren't directly impacted.

Some people only want 10-20% of their outstanding lines/debt balances available while the other 80-90% to be in fixed rate notes.

People try to say "Well it's technically a service dog, but..."

My investments are all in the Twin Cities suburbs, but I have helped people with financing as far north as International Falls :) @Jeff Schemmel who do you know in the Duluth area?

But many people need to consider if they are financially ready for it or not.
